Not sure what you're prattling on about. Over half of Americans are employed by small businesses.
 
Also, it's funny.

When it comes to smoking in the workplace and conservatives say that employees who don't like it can find someplace else to work, the liberal mob gets out the torches and pitchforks. But as soon as the topic is unions, the liberals tell non-union voters to just find somewhere else to work.

Truly bizarre, the mind of a hypocrite.

Targets biggest fear is some dumb hick saying that they wont help someone that isnt in their department and the union backing the hick up on it. so they twisted that into what you saw.

In reality right to work, keeps the unions from getting stupid with power and destroying industry. Right to work is a check on excessive union power.

I dont disagree that private sector union are just about gone, but you cant deny what their excessive power did to industry in the past. And some of this past is not so distant.

I dont have a problem with people joining unions, but I dont believe it should be a requirement of employment either.

I didn't think the video was anything special. Convince your workers their your interests are their interests. Just like Republicans convince middle class people that when they fight for lower taxes on the wealthy, they mean the middle class. And when Democrats convince middle class people that when they fight for lower taxes on the working class, they mean the middle class. It's just good, effective strategy.
