Was this a case of the 16 year old bullying the 12 year old?
What made a 12 year old kill a 16 year old?
It was a robbery.
I have no idea why this was even brought up since the weapon used was a pistol, not an "assault weapon."

lol American gun politics. A huge majority of gun crimes involve pistols, therefore we should ban rifles.
Cracking down on high-powered weapons has long been a priority for many urban Democrats in the Legislature; to draw attention to the issue, one senator even went to a gun shop near Albany to buy ammunition for an AK-47 while the transaction was recorded with a hidden camera.
One of the reasons the politicians are making such ridiculous anti-gun wish lists is they want the pro-gun citizens, politicians and lobbyists to be more amenable to making some type of "compromise".
The only type of compromise I want to see is complete CCW reciprocity amongst all the states, no taxes of any kind paid on gun or ammunition purchases and "must issue" CCW laws.
As well as a repeal of the 1934 National Firearms Act, and the 1986 Firearms Owners Protection Act.
quoting the article here:
so what is exactly wrong or illegal about purchasing 7.62mm ammo? nothing as far as i know of.
and i would LOVE to find out the number of firearm homicides in new york that are performed with handguns/shotguns/rifles. you know, because criminals regularly walk around with a rifle hidden in the back of their pants
