Okay, so it was available on 12 Dec 2007, but NWN1 isn't a game I check for updated patches regularly. Looks like a long list of fixes and additional content for such an old game though.

It weighs in at 358 MB.
 
Awesome to see Bioware still supporting the game! I love the extensive player made module community. Playing the player made Hex Coda 01 right now, best module since the Tales of Arterra Series and better than 90% of commercial RPGs out there now.
