NWA, can they reimburse my ticket?

I'll keep this brief :

- 3 of my flights got canceled (Weather).
- 10 hour delay
- they lost my bag
- Won't be getting my bag until 12 hours before I return

Can I get them to reimburse my ticket or give another one?

I am here for only 3 days.. my back isn't here yet. I couldn't do what I came here for without my bag.
Will they reimburse ?
 
NWA is no longer together. Eazy E died of AIDS, and the rest of the group has moved on.

And I doubt they'll do anything for you, but it never hurts to ASK THEM.

Email them, they'll say "sorry, things happen, nothing we can do", reply back being insistent that part of the problems WERE their fault, they'll say "sorry, things happen, nothing we can do", reply back again and repeat process until they offer to send you an e-certificate good for a certain amount towards future NWA travel.

At least, that's been my experience with them.
 
Doubt they'll do anything for you since it was weather related. They can't control the weather. And I doubt they'll do anything about the bag since you are getting it back.

At least, that's been my experience with them.

Yeah I called and they're closed. So will bug them tomorrow.

Man they gave this really really cheap kit with a toothbrush that is pretty much good for one use only.

Weather is an "act of God". Youw will have a really hard time getting anything out of NWA for that. As for the bag ... they'll probably tell you to consider yourself lucky for getting it back at all.

If it makes you feel any better I made silver elite on NWA for all the shear number of trips I took with them last year ... and then the contract carrier (to my destination) changed to Delta. So now I am Silver Elite and cannot use it because I do not fly with them anymore.
