NW OCers! Can this be right? Changed voltage to stock and OC still works...

You can see my rig below. I'm running 16x144 in a 1.6a. In the past, I was using the +0.2V jumper on my motherboard. I remember when I was first overclocking this I'd switched the jumper but was too lazy to switch it back. Got bored today (well, actually, thinking about moving the chip into a Shuttle mini-PC) and wondered how far the chip could go without voltage tweaks. I'm running default voltage and everything appears to be perfectly stable. I am running and will continue to run prime95 overnight to make sure. Temp seems to be a stable 50C (load), 37C idle.

I am using defult voltage (1.5V, mobo/speedfan reports actual of 1.44-1.46V) and the retail (stock) fan, and I'm at 2300MHz. Is this "normal"? I could've sworn people usually have to use voltage to hit this.

Chip markings are:
1.6A GHZ 512 400 1.5V
SL 668 Costa Rica

differnt chips=different voltage
only use others as a primitive measuring stick

for instance, my xp1700+ tbred b does 1700mhz @ default voltage
