nvTune - yes or no?

Got my Epox 9NPA+ SLI up yesterday and I'm LOVING it. It came with a utility called nvTune, which apparently optimizes your system. Should this be run, or is it junk, like most of these utilities are? Thanks much for any help!
 
nTune is mildly usefull for checking temps (especialy if you also have an nVidia GPU), but it is completly worthless for overclocking.
 
I would not use it for system overclocking, but it does add the coolbits registry entry so you can oc your video card.
