I installed wow and used its patch program
and it would just crash my computer, and the famous blue screen appears, went by pretty fast and restarted. all i saw was nvtcp.sys

also sometimes i use my comp just like normal and shut it off at night, the next time i press PWR to boot, right b4 the windows logo appear, it says NTLDR is missing, yet i recognize that as a faulty windows or no windows installed in the hd, but my hd is completely fine and i did not do anything to my windows

NVTCP.SYS is nVidia's Firewall software.

Most likely reason for the BSOD.

To fix, you can try the following:

Launch Nvidia's firewall config
under Active Armor
select Application, create a new rule, browse to wow.exe, and set it Offloadable for both inbound and outbound.

Then apply.

Reboot.
