Question NVMe PCI2 Raid

I have both a Gigabyte Z590 and Z570 motherboard using an 11th gen Processor. As a result, there are 2 M.2 NVMe PCIe slots. Can I use these 2 to set up raid 1?

Yes and No...

Can you Raid them.. yes..
Can you boot from Raid... no... that is what VROC is, intel's Paid DLC.
VROC id board dependant, so you would need to see if your board supports VROC.

Also chances are you use that last M.2 slot, you will probably lose 2 out of the 6 sata ports on your board, if that is important.
