Nvmax vs Coolbits?

I was wondering if there are any performance differences between
these two VGA tweakers. I have always always used the Coolbits
regedit and I see that NVmax has more options but has anyone seen
any differences in the two?

You may want to look for Riva Tuner also, it does the same things as NVMax. I say this because NVMax made my system unbootable in normal mode (WinXP Pro), although it may have been a result of my own stupidity, who knows.....The coolbits registry mod is very basic compared to these two programs.

Riva Tuner is definitely the best tweak utility for nVidia cards but be sure to get the latest 2.0 RC10 version.

I think it only allows a certain variance each way from the stock speed of whichever card you happen to be using, as a safety measure I assume. GF3 (original) here and it allows 250/575, are you on a GF3 ti200?

hehe i know what u mean about the 550/575 i ran a benchmarh on that and haven't beaten it since. this was on my 1.4. now i got an xp1900 and still came match it. DAM THAT MULTIPLIER LOCK!
