At least according to msn's moneycentral here.

Here are their other ratings:

Factor Grades
Fundamental C
Ownership C
Valuation C
Technical F

Pro
? Previous day?s closing price for NVDA was significantly below its 50-day moving average, a level from which prices frequently rebound over the long term. Positive
Con
? The StockScouter measure of relative price change and consistency is very low. Very negative
? One or more analysts has modestly decreased quarterly earnings estimates for NVDA. Negative
? Shares are neither being accumulated heavily nor sold heavily by financial institutions. Neutral for a large company like NVDA

No wonder I don't listen to them...

Fawk. I told my mom to pick up NVDA when I started college, back then it was like $8 a share (when Riva128 was starting to make ripples). I don't even want to think about how much it'd be worth now after how many splits.

um guys, you do know the NASDAQ/Investment broker definition of "Technical" is different than product performance right?

if they don't, I'll fill em in.

Technical analysis of stocks has nothing at to do with the company, it only deals with how the stock is doing, averages, trading ranges and so forth. Its a math geeks way of stock analysis. Not the way I do it, (though we all look at say 52 week high's and lows) but it seems to work for a lot of people.

NVDA never ever went to $8 a share, the lowest it ever went was about $16 right after the lockup period expired from the IPO.
