nVidia - WHQL XP Drivers Only??

I cant find non-WHQL drivers for XP.. Whats going on?

Is there OpenGL in the certified drivers?

Last time I tried the WHQL certified drivers in Win2k, there was NO OPENGL, Windows Media Player LOCKED, and Windows DVD player DID NOT WORK... Funny how microsoft tested drivers, locked their own software..
