I just bought a ASUS V9520 Video Suite graphics card (GeForce FX 5200)

When I install the nVidia WDM drivers (specifically when I install the A/V Crossbar part) I loose my network connection.

My Network is onboard my motherboard which is an ASUS P4P800-WM.

I have tried different versions of the nVidia WDM Drivers, including the very latest from nVidias site, but no luck.

What functionality will I loose if I disable the A/V Crossbar part? and What is causing the problem? I don't have any conflicts in device manager.

Well, I paid 30% more for this card that I would have a version without video in, so I want this junk to work.

I think it is pretty sad that two ASUS products can't work together.
