hi, I'm trying to put some old (VHS) tapes into digital form (we're using PAL in this country)
the problem is, several of the lower lines of screen are missing (which I think is cause by the fact that pal uses more horizontal lines than NTSC)
did anyone ever encounter this problem and found a solution .?
I'm using VirtualDub as capture program, if you know another program, preferrably free, whareware or demoware (so I can at least see if it's better) let me know.
