Hi guys and gals,
If any of you have some time to give quick advice to a newbie, please take a minute to read my post.
I am going to build a PC for the first time this December, and have settled on an AMD 939 processor, but I am still wondering about the best choice for a motherboard. I see in the "Guides" section of this site that the powers to be recommend Nvidia boards for overclocking, but VIA boards for stability. I am still green, so think I won't try overclocking this time around. So does this mean I should go with a VIA board? It just seems like this must be an over-simplification to me. . .
Thanks a million!
