Alright this is just freaking weird... everytime I go to install nvidia's forceware drivers for my graphics card it just cuts out when it hits C:\WINDOWS\system32\help I get this random black screen with grey blocks all across it. Any idea's ?

I have tried
Using different driver verisions(Uninstalling and Reinstalling after reboot)
Updating BIOS / Chipset
Formatted the HDD twice
I even tried tweaking with the bios a few times.

Just keep getting the same result time and time again, save me from slowness pls.

Running:

Asus A8V
BFG 6800 OC (AGP 8x)
1 GB OCz PC 3200 DDR
200 GB Maxtor IDE/133 HDD
Win XP Pro SP2

It just doesn't make any sense!
