Nvidia Tweak Utility - Any Left?

Maybe I'm not looking in the right places, but most of the Geforce tweak programs I have found dont work with the newer drivers. guru3d had a good one, but again its outdated.
 
I didin't read the documentation of the RivaTuner, my friend told me it was outdated with the newer drivers, mmh was he wrong. Guru3d Its under Graphics Utilites.
