I'm currently using 43.45s and I was wondering if the newer drivers offered perfromance increases. My computer is really holding me back so I don't know if that'll be an issue or not. For the record, I have a 1.7 Willamette p4 coupled with 512mb Sdram...
 
Just from my reading, forceware 44.03.

Anything newer doesn't really give any performance increase for older generation cards, just tweaks/incompatibility solutions to games, apps, etc.
