I need a good card for around $200

I've always been a nVidia guy.... and have had good results.

But I'm not sure that ATI doesn't have good struff too... it's just been awhile since I have used them.

Where do the performance numbers fall at around $200 ?

Thx for your input... :)

Check out the new Flip Chip FX5600 Ultra. Looks pretty good and had DX9 support and good AA and AF.

I think 4600?s are quite a it more $ than a 9500pro. Without AA+AF the 4600 is a little faster, but with AA+AF the 9500 can be a lot faster.

For $235 you maybe can squeeze a 9700 (non-pro). LOT faster than either 4600 or 9500pro. 9500pro? run ~ $170, ?4600?s run $265 or higher (using ncix.com pricing).

My preference would be the 9500p or 9700, but I?m an ATI guy.

I just buy whatever cards that has the best price/performance at the moment.

Get the 9500pro for better image quality too!
