Nvidia seems to have ninja'ed sgssaa support into Skyrim.

Beware however, even with no texture mods the demands are great.

AO + SGSSAA = high gpu demand - sli almost required IMO as stock 470s net only 48 fps on avg outside with high quality 16x AF, FXAA, 4xMSAA, and 4xSGSSAA.

Edit: ugh I forgot to mention this was obtained in the latest 295 beta drivers.

SGSSAA always worked in DX9 apps (that support MSAA), nothing new
I've been playing Skyrim with SGSSAA since the release in November.

nVidia's SSAA works anywhere MSAA works, so this is nothing new.
