Basically nVidia don't want reviews until people buy the cards, after the fact.

I'm not surprised to be honest. The cards are basically going straight to crypto, and My-Nahs don't care about reviews.

Just as well they weren't allowed to buy Arm.

SLI is nigh impossible with DX12/Vulkan, which is just one of many reasons SLI was dropped.

This is false. DX12 was designed from the ground up to support vendor-agnostic multi-GPU.

The reason SLI/CF were dropped is because modern engines use deferred renderers, and that DX12 was supposed to replace it.
