Nvidia releases new drivers

Anybody notice a difference with these? Seems like every major gfx-heavy game release, Nvidia (and maybe ATI? I don't have one of their cards...) release "optimized" drivers for that game. I remember this with FEAR and Quake 4, but I don't remember noticing an improvement.
 
I have not noticed any improvements with these drivers. If anything Oblivion seems to have played better on 84.20 than 84.25.
