Nvidia RAID help

I just got the new MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum mobo and two 80GB Seagate Serial ATA drives (setup in RAID striping) and I started a clear on them last night through the Nvidia RAID BIOS. I was wondering how long it usually takes to clear a RAID setup of this size?
