NVIDIA Quantum Effects physics processing technology question

What does the NVIDIA Quantum Effects physics processing technology meant to me? I have an EVGA 8800GTX, does this do what a seperate physics processor would do for me?
I heard that GRAW had some extra coding done for physics that can be enjoyed if you have a seperate physics processor, will me GTX yeild the same results without the extra PPU?

Thanks for the help

Also, it hasn't actually been implemented. Nvidia has shown off a few tech demos, but they have yet to complete and release a full implementation for end users. They've actually been rather quiet about it lately.
