Nvidia QuadroFX 3800 works but not shown in system also driver not install.

Hi I have Orignal PNY NVIDIA QudroFX 3800 Graphics card. it works fine but does not detect in system like in Device manager, GPU-Z or DXDIAG. also it does not let the Nvidia drivers to install. when I install the drivers it says failed.

There was a problem I had few days back the display with card was showing color verticle lines and random color dots on the screen. this problem automatically disappeard and now its working fine with very clear display. but it does not detects.

Please help if this is something that can be fixed. the card is not in warrenty.

If the card that is not being detected is the same as the one that gave you the lines and color dots, i would suspected the card is the issue, and would need to be replaced.

The only way of really testing is to try it in another computer if possible

Yes its the same card. but the problem is that it works very fine. I dont have any onboard GPU so I have use this card for the display. but once in windows using this defected card I cannot install the drivers and also it is not visible in devices or in dxdiag.

so if card is the problem then why it is displaying everything as a normal card do?
