Is this the CAD mobile version of an 8000 series card?

I'm somewhat familiar with performance of 6000 vs 7000 vs 8000 series cards but not sure what speed/card I could compare the subject card to...

It comes with an "engineering laptop" at work and I need to be sure it can run an FEA/CAD package called "IDEAS".
 
It is equivalent to a 9800M GTX I believe, but obviously with different BIOS and clocks. This makes it roughly equivalent to the desktop 9800GTX.
