Nvidia problems??

Hello all,

I don't quite know how to really explain this but I'll try. Here's my configuration:

P4 1.8
512 RAM
Gainward TI 500 with 28.32 drivers
NEC Multisync E750 Monitor
DirectX 8.1

When i load web pages with frames or if any pop up graphics and animation start to run I get a lot of "strobe" for a lack of a better term. Can my monitor handle my graphics card? I've tried reinstalling the video drivers but I get the same results.

Thanks for your help.

Do you know what refresh rate your at? Try bumping it as high as the settings will let you at your resolution.

Also, im not sure about your paticular monitor, but cheaper screens tend to.. 'move' when theres lots of flashing or motion going on.. Its like a flashing object may temporarily expand on the display, even though its not supposed... hmm hard to explain..

Your card should have rather good 2D quality, and I doubt its the fault of the drivers.. Try a higher refresh rate, that usually stablizes the display in some cases..
