NVidia Performance Tools troubles

From all the driver-switching I've been doing, apparently the Performance Tools broke. I removed them from the registry as good as I could, and removed the Program folder, but the uninstall item is still there.

Now I can't uninstall the tools, nor use the installer to repair or overwrite them. Can I force-overwrite them somehow without the installer checking whether I still have them? That would solve everything.
