nVidia overclocking question

Well, I've gotten around to overclocking my 6800GT again, and I'm having this problem again. When I go to set the frequencies and test the card in the nVidia display, I'll get that message, "The test has failed to run properly at the..." Well, when I try to overclock that is. The thing is that if I just try it twice, I don't get the error message the second time. And I'll get the message, for instance, trying for 1.13 mem, but then it'll work at 1.16 still. So, I'm wondering if I should've stopped at 1.12 or if this thing is just screwey and not to worry about it - why do the tests fail at idle temps of 62C, but the card runs fine for 5min at 89C? Anyone else deal with this? I'm running rthdribl now to check for stability, and I'll be running 3DMark later once I find my max o/c on this (was around 412/1.19 last time).

I would use ATITool to test for stability of overclocked video cards. It's like prime95 for CPUs in that it checks for inconsistancies in the image produced by the video cards.
