Help can Anyone Help Me Here

I bought a MSI 440 MX AGP 8X with TV Out Graphics card for an older Athlon XP pc , as to connect the TV Out port , to a non-used tv in the house . The problem , is that I can't seem to get the thing to damn bloody , show anything on the TV OUT Port . It never sees any new devices when I can for additional monitors in the Nview Properties .


OS : Windows 2000
SP : Service Pack 3
Drivers : CD and New Nvidia Drivers from Internet
 
Go to Display Properties > Settings > Advanced > And see in there for a tab that configure the output (either to a monitor or TV). My ATI AIW card, the setting is under Settings > Advanced > Displays. Try to connect ONE thing at a time.
