NVidia NV40 NDA ends tomorrow? Will Anand have an article tomorrow ?

NDA's usually don't end out like that, mostly all of them end with some sort of event or something in the mid-day. But every time THG just breaks them all and puts out his articles at midnight, but i think he's immune because of timezone differences sometimes
 
I think new GPU's generate the most excitement and I allway's can't wait to read the reviews on them. I wonder though, is the NV40 going to be "Previewed" or "Reviewed" meaning I guess that the card going to be immediately available or not?

well, yea.. i was gonna say i'm pretty sure i've seen stuff like this right after midnight on the day it was said the nda's were over.. tho i suppose it's possible there may be a specific time in the agreement.

Personally I would just take a gander at Toms at midnight, if its not there I dont think its gonna be coming for awhile

Last NDA I remember he broke was the opterons. Most sites posted their reviews on the normal NDa time which was like 6PM I think. Toms posted it on midnight eastern time that day, might have been 1AM though, can't remember

I've already been since the FX line rolled out, this just furthers my original theories. The NV40 better be spectacular beyond belief if they plan on keeping this charade up!
