NVidia new SATA and Networking Controller Drivers

Has anyone tried these drivers on Vista x64...?

The only drivers on NVidia website are dated August 2007.

Would these drivers be better...? They are dated 2/19/2008, so it seems like they should work better with Vista SP1. Maybe even with the SMART data (the earlier x64 SATA drivers did not have the SMART module, nor the temperature sensors).

Don't want to be the first one to try these 😉


Any thoughts...?

 
Well, I just downloaded these drivers and installed them via Windows Update. I have not ran any benchmarks, but the newer date makes me think they're better.
I'd say, go for it. If you don't like them, you can roll back.
