NVIDIA MXM Graphic Module

ATI's mobile chips have been user upgradeable since the Radeon Mobility 9000 . . . and pin compatible since the first Radeon Mobility U1.

What I would like to see is a standard on mobile graphics cards, not chips. This way you could put a standard ATI/Nvidia mobile chip in any notebook.

Probably not really realistic though, given the thermal issues with notebooks. 🙂
 
this is a standard card. too bad it'll probably take too long to implement and ati won't do it cause it would be like a slap in the face to them. still, it's a nice thought.
