NVIDIA Monitor program

when using NVIDIA Monitor to check my RAM speed it says 415 mhz.... and there 3 different bars. one is kinda green, the next is yellowish, the last is red.

on the RAM bar i have a lot of red bar because i'm overclocking my computer. HT speed is all green bar... i've overclocked my venice 3200 AMD cpu to 2.5 ghz. RAM is OCZ EL series with 2-3-2-6 timings and set to run at 333 mhz. how bad is it to have an equal amount of red bar as i do yellow bar? am i overclocking my RAM too much?

The bar is in red area only because Monitor believes you have DDR 333 RAM installed, which in fact is not true. I'm guessing you have a PC3200 RAM, which would be DDR 400, which means you're OCing your RAM only slightly. So in this case there's nothing wrong with the bar being in the red.
I'm running my corsair @450 (also set to 333 in BIOS, 2.6V) and the bar for RAM really shoots up in that graph

To sum it up: those bars don't represent the amount of stress you put on your components. They represent the deviation from program's best guess of what the frequencies really should be @stock. If you're not overvolting too much and prime doesn't crash, then your system is fine.
