Good. I have a perfectly good nForce-2 based AthlonXP 3200+ with an AGP GeForce 6800GT/OC and 2GB of RAM.
I think it would run Vista reasonably well (not for encoding HD video, but for daily computing), but I've been afraid to install because I hear the nForce-2 support is virtually non-existant.
