Nvidia Loading Agent error?

I'm working on a new build.

Soltek K8AN2E-GR mobo with an AMD 64 3000+ S754.
Put everything together, it loads up.

Drop in a floppy that's been made into a bookdisk with WinXP, also containing the AwdFlash tool and the 1.2 bios revision for the mobo.

I made sure in the existing bios that it boots floppy, cdrom then hard drive.

But I keep getting the same thing over and over.

Here's a screenshot.

Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

The PXE bit is because your NIC is set first in boot order; you can probably set it to last.

The error is that the system cannot find a bootable disk.

Put an original XP CD in the drive, and boot from it, and install XP on your hard drive. The disk you have apparently isn't bootable.
