If you had the world's most powerful supercomputer, you could give that head half a mouse brain's worth of intelligence. More than graphics, I want to start seeing some improvements in AI. Physics with destructible terrain would be a close second on my list.

Probably Oblivion, and even that looks like crap...

Hair in Oblivion doesn't even move at all! The animation in OB sucks as a whole btw, the characters move like a robot lacking lube oil. No excuse since the good old PS2 can actually render dynamic hair and have far better animations, so why not in a DX9 + HDR game?
