These benefits are pretty common here in Silicon Valley. To retian and hire quality people companies must set themselves apart.

you know, actually i work on a military base full time in base multimedia/command graphics... think about what you are typing before you do so. i stated that in the original post.

No offense intended. I didn't actually think you worked at McD's. It's just that you seemed so impressed with NVidia's benefits when they are nothing out of the ordinary for a large corporation.

ahhh okay okay 🙂 yeah, it seemed to me they offered silly benefits. i have never worked for a big corporation like that before so the whole benefits thing is like :Q to me
