You can't. Both cards have to be 9800 GTX+ or both GTS 250.![]()
I may be wrong. Don't lose hope yet.

However, I think the argument is whether (and this is how I interpreted the article) the review samples will be in fact labeled as OC versions. If they are then it's a non-issue. IF the review samples are NOT labeled as OC and are at 738/1100 but at retail only the OC versions are 738/1100 then that's not right.
I thought the big issue was "renaming?" In any case, whether or not a card is labeled as "OC," normally BFG only sends out the highest factory overclocked cards for review, and not stock clocked cards. I believe this has been true for years. Also, normally only the highest end cards are sent out. I don't even know why people are so interested in the GTS 250. Heck, we (BFG) don't even send out GTX 260 cards for review! GTX 285 and 295? Sure. Lower end than that? Why? Well, besides the fact that the GTS 250 is generating huge amounts of forum traffic and NVIDIA asked us to. If it were up to us (speaking as BFG) we wouldn't even send out a $150 card for review.
