TK 1 even in the jetson topped out at 852 from what i have seen so in actual devices it was WAY lower than that.

TK1 is 1 SMX that is a little cut down. There are only 4 ROPs and 8 texture units (16 ROP and 32 TMU in GK107).
TK1 is unlikely to be able to keep max boost.
