Nvidia GF3 Ti200 can't display anything that uses 3D

What would cause my video card to no longer be able to display anything 3D. Everything using that portion of the GPU is completely garbled. It's a mess of geometric shapes. I can't play any games or even get to the title screens. Everything is messed up as soon as I run the game. I have a 3D Architect program and that has the same issues. Everything is fine in 2D but total crap in 3D. Using the latest Nvidia drivers. DirectX 9c. I ran dxdiag and everthing tested normal.

I'm running Windows XP Pro.

Where do I begin with diagnosing this issue? Fresh Windows XP install (I'd rather not)?

Check to make sure your GPU fan hasn't died.

Uninstall/reinstall drivers.

Checked the fan right after I posted, everything was good.
Uninstalled and ran the Nvidia cleaner and re-installed and wouldn't you know, back to 3D!! Sometimes it's the simple things.
