Might as well go with the Geforce 3 ti-200, its faster in almost every case and is Dx8 optimized.

GF2 Ultra is 250 core and 230 ddr memory clocked, usually comes in 64mb. Core has 25 million transistors.
GF3 Ti 200 is 175 & 200 memory. Core has 57 million transistors. It has an improved efficiency crossbar memory controller. GF3 has more features and is much faster than a GF2 with high quality images.
Hossam would learn most by taking the time to look at articles on the internet instead of being spoon fed here.

Another problem would be that I can't actually find a GF2 Ultra for anything less than $240...which is a gigantic ripoff.

Yeah, I'm saying the same as the rest of the guys: get the Ti200, it is much faster. I had a GF2 Pro oc'ed to about the speed of an Ultra and when I got a Ti200 and it is much faster, not only in DirectX 8 benchmarks (3dMark 2001) but also in DX 7 (3dMark 2000), which is optimized for GF2s, and in games (Q3A).
Another plus is that Ti200s often are very oc'able, my Daytona GF3 Ti200 is currently oc'ed to the speed of a regular GF3, it would hit Ti500 when I only used one ram module (can't see why this has any effect on the graphics card :confused;), and even though running it at Ti500 speed is a nice increase I'll stick to lower speed and 512mb ram more:D.

Hossam,

As you can see, your best bet is the Ti200. The only thing I would not recommend is upgrading a GeForce2Ultra to a Ti200, which is not the case here.

Yeah, the ti200 is a great OC performer. I have mine set to standard GF3 levels now (200/460), but it can hit 233/505 and still have no artifacts and stay stable. Once I go beyond 233, I get lockups, but it's fine there. I don't run it that fast, since my system can run every single game I own at full detail AND FSAA on, and still be smooth.

Geeze Innoka, "spoon fed"???

God forbid that Hossam was possibly looking for advice from those of us with actual experience with the video cards. Me thinks kind rude here.
