nvidia Geforce2 MX - No Overlay Control !?

I have the Hercules 3D Prophet II MX Dual-Display Video based on nvidia Geforce2 MX. In the additional properties -> the overlay controls shows the options disabled. I cannot change the brightness, contrast of overlay display of my normal graphic display. It?s not about the dual display. Anyone knows anything about this?
 
Overlay controls can only be adjusted if you are running a video in the background which use video overlay. Simply run a video file in the background and you will be able to go into your overlay control panel and adjust the controls.
 
Thanks a lot! I didn't know. With the old driver you could adjust it at any time without any overlay video playing!
