You don't have to disable hardware acceleration. Pretty sure you only have to disable hardware accelerated video decode (it's in chrome://flags).

Chrome 54.0.2840.87 seems to have a fix for it while waiting for the next Nvidia driver update.

Hey I have a gtx 590 and for some reason all the New Drivers Crash my computer. I cant boot past the windows login Page.
I either get BSOD or my computer will just auto restart. I know its the drivers + my 590 combo cause my 570 boots fine.
If i remove all nvidia drivers i am able to login with my 590 but once i try to instal my proper display drivers computer restarts. I have tried going to the oldest 500 series drivers offered on nvidia's site butthe oldest one still causes this problem. Anyone have suggestions?
