nVIDIa GeForc Go 6150 better than ati xpress 200m ?

I just bought an hp laptop with the ati chip w/128mb of dedicated ram but was wondering if the the go 6150 was any good. I might take the laptop I bought back and exchange if for one that has the nvidia chip.
