"Jon Peddie Research, the market research firm for the computer graphics industry, has released its quarterly Add-in-Board report on world-wide AIB shipments used in desktop PCs for Q4’18.
Looking at the GPU market share distribution, NVIDIA has gained some serious ground with an 81% share while AMD has plummeted all the way down to 18% from 25% in the last quarter. Comparing these statistics with last year’s, AMD was in a rather healthy position with 33% control over the market with NVIDIA pegged at 66%. At the moment though, team red seems to be at a low point when it comes to the Radeon products."
