nVidia Forceware drivers - Do profiles automatically load when I play specific games?

I'm trying to figure out an easy way to switch profiles for specific games.

For example, whenever I run Morrowind, I'd like to set AA to 4x and AF to 8x. It seems like I can create a profile using the Forceware drivers to do this, but I don't know exactly how it works.

Can anybody explain it to me, or tell me if it's automatically loading profiles for each .exe?
 
Yes, it automatically switches based on the .exe file. You can set up a new profile by clicking Add Profile, Browse (and locate the game's exe), then put a check mark in the box next to the newly added .exe file in the list, type a name for the Profile in the box above the list, click ok, then set all the stuff the way you want it and apply the settings and it should use those settings next time you run that game.
