use rivatuner and check the box for driver level ocing. worked fine for me.

When I reverted to the old control panel I had the optioon. The only option I saw was "auto OC" with the new CP.

The drivers seem ok. I've only played some RomeTW and madden though.

 
Click the advanced button at the top to get the manual overclocking options.

All in all, the new CP is a good start, but incredibly rough around the edges. The color scheme also does NOT play nicely with the Luna Element 5 theme.
 
this may seem dumb but how the heck do I revert back to the original control panel? i can't seem to find the option to change back. thanks

View menu, "use classic control panel..." should do the trick.
