Will try these out as the last real golden drivers for me were 265.58 and games like BC2 at the time gave better performance on those drivers versus ones much later for some reason.

For a major version number bump it seems like very little has changed besides a couple of bug fixes and some new SLI/3DV profiles. I'm surprised.

I hope they eventually release a driver that doesn't freak out whenever I turn my receiver or tv on and off.

Receiver/tv is connect to hdmi... monitor to dvi. If I turn my tv or receiver off my computer just blinks like its detecting a new screen.... switches the main displays... does not maximize anything that was minimized... etc. Such a pain in the ass.

If Tweakboy tested for 3 hours than I agree. WHQL indeed. lol

This, wtf does "I say perfect cuz I noticed a difference in even the desktop.." mean?

These still have TDR driver recovery crashing issues, cannot believe NV hasn't figured it out yet, it's been over 6 months. Kepler better not have the same issue.

My ASIC quality is 94.6%, but any drivers after the 275.33s result in the TDR bug, so it's definitely not bad chips that's causing the TDR bug.

I played BF3 maxed out, including 4xAA for about 45 minutes without a problem. I used to be able to do that, however over the last two drivers I haven't been able to. Possible due to mismanaged hotswapping within the drivers for when I went over the vram budget causing momentary stutters and massive fps losses.

My sli bridge is on the fritz though and I'm playing borderless window mode with SLI enabled. Replacement should be here on the 2nd, I'll check it out again at that time.

I use the last beta release before 295.51 and the only issue I have is with shutting down. It takes FOREVER!!!

They've shored up the TDLR issue pretty nicely, 290.53's are awesome as well.

I have a problem with 285.62 where the driver crashes when I boot into TF2 and then the GTX295 runs at about 1/3 speed in the game. It often just glitches and shuts TF2 down on start. When I close TF2 it benchmarks 500fps in a test I normally get 1800fps.

EDIT: Disregard, didn't get the right driver version :)

EDIT Again: Driver crashes TF2 immediately, broken windows 7 64 GTX295

This doesn't work for me. I went and downloaded it, comes up saying "It doesn't work on this operating system" "Cannot find any compatible graphics hardware"

Win 7 64
GTX 295

Do I need to wipe the prior driver first?

I'm back to the 275.33 and it works LIKE A CHARM on the GTX 295, I gained about 100fps in TF2 just by reverting back to 275.33.

Yah these drivers are close to the worst driver i tested. BF3 crashes..have not had that in months. VLC and MPC crashes watching movie.

I tried these before tweakboy posted this..so i had to come here and laugh.
