Nvidia Dual DVI Heatsync Video Card

Pop quiz hot shots... looking for the currently highest end Nvidia PCI Express x16 video card brand/model number with heatsync only cooling (no fan or liquid cooling) that has a minimum of 2 DVI ports. Sort of tired of fan based cards burning up on me... and I'm not motivated enough to go liquid cooled or throw my system in a mini-fridge.
 
Video cards with passive cooling are typically ultra low end or mobile only. I don't even think NVidia makes a PCI-E desktop card with passive cooling only..
