nvidia drivers and win2000 cause games to crash

i just upgraded my drivers to the most current release and now when i try and play video games the games always crash, or i get a blue screen. i have a geforce 2 mmx and running 2k. I have tried to go back to older versions of the drivers but any driver i go back to i get the same results from them.

anyone know where i can get really old drivers or have any idea what the problem may be?
